H4OPE (Heart For the Oppressed, Poor and Encumbered) is a nonprofit organization that provides for the needs of the poor and disadvantaged by teaching life-skills and providing various forms of short term assistance to help them achieve their potential and become well integrated, productive members in the community.  H4OPE works with refugees, immigrants and internationals, providing teaching, mentoring and encouragement. Giving is typically in the form of food, clothing, furniture, school supplies, vitamins, and health & hygiene products.
